The Miata shifter is renowned as one of the best in the world and while Mazda got it right in many ways, the soft plastic shifter bushings have their shortfalls. The Minottek Delrin shifter bushing kit is complimented by a proprietary lower wave spring, approximately 3x stiffer than stock with a working clamping load of 25lbs. This results in extremely precise and solid feeling shifts, extracting the most performance from the stock shifter.

Each bushing is individually CNC machined from Delrin, a high performance thermoplastic that offers excellent wear resistance in tough conditions. Paired with it's high stiffness and natural lubrication properties this makes it the perfect shifter bushing material. All while keeping any additional NVH to a minimum.
